Oxnard Trash Pollution Prevention Program

Oxnard is home to Ventura County’s city that is most severely polluted by trash.  Not only does Oxnard’s trash pollution harm the ecological integrity and water quality of the Ormond Beach Wetlands, Mugu Lagoon, the Santa Clara River Estuary, and Oxnard’s beaches, but it impairs the aesthetic beauty, health, and overall wellbeing of many of Oxnard’s Communities.
