        A Summit of
Indigenous Spiritual Leaders
~
Practitioners of Nature ~

Wishtoyo Village, Malibu, CA

October 8-9, 2011

Wishtoyo Foundation and the Amazon Conservation Team hosted Keepers of Indigenous knowledge, Healers, Elders, Medicine People and other spiritual and environmental leaders of indigenous tribes from North America, Amazonia and Polynesia, who gathered to discuss the challenges and opportunities presented by the rapidly changing world we all share. The collective wisdom of those who are arguably the most connected people to Planet Earth alive today was shared with  Wishtoyo's Chumash Village and all of its guests.

The Wishtoyo Foundation and the Chumash peoples, in partnership with the Amazon Conservation Team (ACT), and a notable Steering Committee, hosted the Summit of Indigenous Spiritual Leaders where a select group of people were witness to hearing the “Declaration” voiced by these Traditional Keepers of Indigenous Knowledge.
